Jared Watts

Jared has experience placing top talent at high-growth software startups and large public companies. He has worked at a boutique executive search firm + led talent acquisition at a high growth SaaS company that 2x'd headcount and 3x'd ARR in 2.5 years. He has worked across several Venture Capital and Private Equity portfolios to build successful teams.

Prior to working in search, Jared spent 5 years playing professional soccer in MLS. He played for the Colorado Rapids and the Houston Dynamo (winning the 2018 Lamar Open Cup) and was the 33rd overall pick in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft. Jared graduated from Wake Forest University and completed his MBA while finishing up his soccer career.
